Dr. Carlin – Short meeting today! We’ve tracked about 1,500 patients so far in hopes to track how much time patients spend in all areas. We have found that 50% of the patients’ time is spent waiting. We will work on reducing this time to provide a better service for all patients. This will later be meshed with the new scheduling process to provide a better experience for patients. Tracking will soon include all doctors and departments.

Lasik – If a previous Lasik patient is calling stating blurred vision, try to book with Dr. Richard Carlin. They may need an enhancement eventually.
Betty – Optical business is slow, but promotion coming soon. Maddie is working on buttons! Please remind patients to visit optical and pass out the insurance benefit forms.
Amy – Dr. O’Shea will be working the day after Thanksgiving from 9-12. Please reserve appointments for college kids and working patients.
