After 90 days, an employee who works 32 hours or more a week will be eligible to participate in a major medical and health insurance program. The program will be offered by the corporation but the cost will be paid by the employee. The employee may apply for either individual or family coverage.
The individual employee’s eligibility in the plan is subject to the approval of the insurance company. The employer will not be responsible for providing coverage to those employees who have been determined ineligible for coverage or who have had coverage modified by the insurance company in the form of restricted riders or endorsements placed upon them.
