For technicians: You will be issued set(s) of scrubs, which is the standard CarlinVision uniform to be worn. You must wear black shoes or sneakers. Shoes and scrubs should be kept clean and presentable. Employee may purchase scrub jackets in blue or pink color to match scrubs. Employees may not wear sweaters, fleece jackets or other cover-ups.

For front office personnel: Professional, casual business attire is expected. No jeans, leggings or shorts. Skirts and dresses should fall no shorter than 3” above the knee. No spaghetti straps, sleeveless tops or one shoulder tops allowed. All clothing is to be clean, neat and pressed. Clothing should not be too tight or loose and should not show excessive cleavage. Shoes should coordinate with dress.

All staff is required to wear a nametag. Do not write or draw on your nametag. Similarly, do not apply stickers or decals to the nametag.

No visible body art/tattoos are permitted. No visible body piercing/body jewelry may be worn.
