This manual is not a contract, and nothing in this handbook or any oral statements can or should be construed as a contract of employment, implied or otherwise. The corporation has the right to amend this handbook at any time without further notice.

All employees are employed not by contract, but at will. This means that you and the corporation are each free to terminate the employment relationship at any time without notice for any reason or for no reason at all.
