Drug Policy

As a condition of employment, no staff member can be involved in the using or selling of illegal drugs.

If it is evident to the Practice Administrator or physician(s) there is a likelihood an employee is using or selling illegal drugs, then that employee must submit to a drug test. Failure to submit to such testing will result in dismissal. This rule is for the safety and protection of all of our employees, our patients and our practice’s reputation.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the building or on the CarlinVision premises. E-cigs or vaping is also not permitted. If you smoke you are asked to do it during your lunch break off of CarlinVision property.
