We are so excited when an employee decides to further their knowledge and become certified or renew their license. CarlinVision will reimburse an employee for the CME/CEU’s if you hold a certification applicable to your job. The office will reimburse up to $100 a year. The employee must show proof of course for reimbursement. Employees may not rollover $100 from year to year. Practice administrator must approve. If your certification lapses or you will lose the merit increase you received for attaining. CarlinVision wants to see the employee continue to grow in their professional aspirations.

Profit Sharing
A profit sharing plan has been established for the benefit of all full-time and part-time employees. Employees are eligible after 1 year of active full time employment. CarlinVision will contribute funds for each employee. The employee does not need to participate in a 401k plan to be eligible.
