Lasik – Please use LFU for Lasik follow up scheduling. When patients are finished with the Pentacam, please put a sticker on the chart for the doctor.

Bleph Payouts – RC – Michaela, Alex M., Bree. DC – Lexi. Tyler – Miranda, Diana, Michaela, Alex B., Ashleigh.

Bleph – Our numbers have already doubled from last April thanks to you guys. Testing is doing amazing with taping and untaping.

Cataracts – We are busy. If you schedule a YAG, please remove the duration from 15 to 0. Erase mips if it doesn’t apply.

Retina – If there is a new Dr. Modi patient or someone being referred to Dr. Modi that has not seen her before, please send Megan a to do so she can call the patient and inform them of appointment expectations and get records if necessary.

Optical – It is nice to see everyone excited to get their pair of frames. I hope to see more of you getting glasses.

Dry Eye – Please schedule dry eye evaluations before 4:00pm – schedule as a DL and not LTD.

Dr. Richard Carlin – Congrats to Brynna for obtaining her COA. It makes me proud to see employee’s accomplishments.

We still have a problem with referrals. If a patient calls with a referral for a possible problem, it is medical. Vision screenings are routine.

Glasses rechecks need to see optical first.

Techs should tell the front desk when a doctor is running behind and how behind he/she is. Front desk should advise the patient the POD is behind.

Bullying will not be tolerated under any circumstance.

Payouts – Dr. RC Lasik – Karen, Bree, Michaela, Diana, Elaine, Hallie.

Bleph – Bree, Gem, Alexus.

Forms will be given to new patients and patients getting a CEX. Please look over the form. A second form will also be going home with patients. It will tell the patient who worked with them during their visit.

Lasik – Call Alex/Diana. We want to talk to the patient while they are here. Lasik has a new loser price! Keep referring.

Cataracts – Please make sure to not set a duration when booking YAGs. Thanks to everyone who asks us about abnormalities in testing. This makes it easier than asking the patient to come back.

Retina – Megan is helping with retina class – direct calls to her.

Daelyn – Bleph numbers are up. Keep sending people my way. Let me know if you are putting a folder in my box so no one is missed.

Contacts – Misight brochures now available.

Maddie – We have decided on events for the year – food and trucks will be coming to us. Starting next Wednesday, the Tex Taco truck will be here from 11:30-1:30 for an early cinco de mayo celebration.

Dr. Tyler – We are receiving a lot of patient compliments. Friendly and nice staff – good job everyone.

Dry eye – Let Alexus or Salma know when lipiflows are booked so we can order accordingly.
