November Meeting Notes

Office Meeting Notes

Dr. Richard Carlin – We are in the busy season. For new patients, make sure we are listening to their complaint and schedule appropriately. Ask questions.

How can you enhance the CarlinVision experience? Be respectful, efficient, and empathetic.

Attire – Look professional. Name tags should be on at all times. Clothes should be pressed. For counselors, jackets are part of your uniform.

Our CarlinVision celebration will be January 10th at Little Gardens in Lilburn. The party is local. We hope everyone can attend.

SLT Glaucoma Treatment now offered. Technicians can schedule SLT at CVSC. Studies show SLT works for 75% of patients and can last approx. 3-5 years without damaging the eye.
