Ask patients if they are having any problems so we can schedule accordingly. If rescheduling a patient, please make a new appointment with the same doctor. If patient is being referred by a doctor, make sure to put who is referring them.
Front desk – make sure patients are all signed in and not forgotten. Check on patients in the lobby.

Optical – Everything going well. Sale on glasses and sunglasses.
Retina – If patients provide new medical insurance, inform the billing department and Retina techs. New insurance requires a new precert.
Dry Eyes – Thanks for all the referrals. Do not schedule a full eval right before lunch or at the end of the day.
