When scheduling patient with a problem put what the problem is, ex: red eye, pain, etc.
Diabetic retinopathy patients – need to do a letter and code correctly.
Testing – circle charge for test.
Make a special effort to look presentable at work. Reflects on the practice.
When scheduling patients on Lasik Fridays, do not put between 9:00 and 10:00.
Front desk – patients over 50 with glasses send to browse optical while waiting. Patients under 50 with glasses/contacts ask if they would like a Free Lasik evaluation.
Received a bad review on Yelp. Patient heard a discriminatory joke from doctor. Dr. C very upset. Effective today there is a no-tolerance policy regarding racial, sexual, gender or religious discrimination in the practice. Not trying to infringe on your personal views, but office policy will stand and result in immediate termination.
Dr. Bennett-Sims:
Allie Garner is the new Dry Eye Coordinator. She is excited for the opportunity. Docs – if any patient is interested in dry eye care grab Allie.
Dr. Willman: Thank you to Nancy for having tools available and fixing things. Gave a tool box gift full of candy.

Please put your T-shirt size on meeting sign-in sheet. Office will be giving one to all who wants one. Thank You Dr. Carlin.
If you haven’t already, put yourself in Compulink for future office notifications. Optical and contacts use it now for texting patients when their orders are ready.
Breakroom – clean up after yourself. Put dishes in dishwasher, wife off the table.
Bring your own change for snack machine. Do not use petty cash to break large bills.

Lasik: Do not need to be here for a complete to get a free Lasik evaluation. Christmas in July special thru end of the month, spots available for the 26th. If no more room and they schedule in July, will honor in August.
