Dr. Carlin:
We as a practice do very well at making people happy. When people write reviews about us the bad reviews stick out. It really helps us to know where we need improvement though. Would love to see no negative reviews.
If you google us most reviews are very positive but some are not. Yelp reviews say slow as Christmas, receptionist was rude and did not accommodate me and did not let me get the words out of my mouth that I had problems. They were too busy.
We need to remember the customers are the reason we are here. We need to work on some things. Need to say thank you to the patients and be more accommodating and nicer to people. We have to bend over backwards to make each patient’s experience special.
No meetings in July and August
Ransomware is when files are hijacked and we must pay money to get files back. When using internet don’t open any suspicious emails or ads or download anything.
Techs- great ideas when you go into the medication list and it lists discontinued medicines to remove those to avoid confusion.
When getting late in the day and there is a patient in optical just need one checkout person – the rest can go home.
July Lasik Special – Christmas in July $800 off ($400 off per eye). Christmas trees in office with ornaments for reminders.

In the back there are 4 chairs outside the bathroom – if you are interested see Amy and we will do a drawing if there is a lot of interest.
Bathrooms – ask everyone’s help if patients come and ask for soap or toilet paper. If there is a bathroom problem, please take a look and see if you can fix the problem first, then go to Amy. Do not put a sign on the door that says out of order.
